Instructions For Signing Up
Step 1 - Choose A Class (if applicable) and Tell Us About Yourself
Once you start your joining process, if you choose Precision Membership you will be asked to select the class you would like to attend regularly from the drop-down menu. (If the class you want is full, you will have the option to choose a FlexiClass membership instead, or you can contact us.)
If you choose a FlexiClass membership you will not be given the option to choose a class.
You will then be asked for your personal details to set up your Pilates Heaven Account. This will include providing your email address and setting a password. Please make a note of the email and password you have registered as you will need these to access our membership portal.
The email you choose will be the email address we use for communication purposes.
We ask for your shoe size to ensure we have your Pilates socks ready for your Introduction Session.
Step 2 - Add your payment method
When completing your payment details, you will need to provide the postcode to which your debit or credit card is registered which may not necessarily be the address at which you reside or entered as your Correspondence Address in the step before.
Step 3 - Book your introduction class
Before your membership can be approved, you will need to attend an Introduction class. For your information, our Introduction classes run on the following dates. Please only continue with your membership signup if you can attend one of the Introduction classes (you can book up to 3 months in advance in our sign up process.)

Step 4 - Attend Your Introduction Session & Membership Approval
At the introduction session, if everything is ok, your membership will be approved and activated ready for you to start from the 1st of the following month.
Step 5 - Join the Pilates Heaven Family
Once your first subscription is received, you will start your classes.
