At Pilates Heaven, every day, we see the life changing effects of Modified Pilates for our Senior members.

Anyone of any age can attend our Fundamental and Mixed level classes, so we don’t offer any specific classes for seniors.

All our class levels cater for all ages enabling you to work at a pace that is right for you.
