How can we help?

At Pilates Heaven, we have taught several mums-to-be many of whom have continued their practice with us after giving birth.

Modified Pilates caters for health conditions including pregnancy, so we don’t offer any specific pregnancy classes. For the safety of both baby and mum, when participating in group classes, it is essential to exercise at the appropriate class level.

Our extensive range of class times and levels enable us to provide safe and effective exercise addressing the issues that may arise during pregnancy.
